It’s late and I’m feeling single then ever

I'm trying to just drown it out with music that’s completely different from my thought pattern

It’s slightly working

But at the same time it’s not

I guess that’s just how the in between is

After the appetizer 

But waiting for the full course 

It’s quite boring to be honest

And lonely sometimes

Especially when your alone in a feeling that would’ve been marked off if everything went right

But it didn’t 

So I'm waiting for something that would’ve happened by now

And for something that I don’t know ever will

It’s weird

That’s really all I can say

Just weird in a lonely way
